Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your email address used for authentication. We do not collect your name, phone number, or any other personal identifiers unless you voluntarily provide them. When you use the evaluation service, we collect the text of your submitted answers and the questions you practice with. We use this to generate your evaluation, store your history, and improve the AI model. We collect standard usage data such as pages visited, features used, and session duration through analytics tools.

Your email is used solely for authentication (magic-link sign-in) and to send you transactional messages related to your account such as login links and payment receipts. Your submitted answers are processed by OpenAI's GPT-4 API to generate AI evaluations. This means your answer text is sent to OpenAI's servers for processing. OpenAI's privacy policy governs this processing. We do not use your answers to train our own models without your explicit consent. We use aggregated, anonymised usage data to improve the product. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. When you make a payment, your card details are entered directly into Razorpay's secure checkout — CaseSetu never sees, stores, or processes your card numbers. We store only the payment status, plan selected, and Razorpay order/payment IDs for your account records.

Your data is stored on Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL databases located in servers within the AWS infrastructure. Supabase implements encryption at rest and in transit. We retain your account data and evaluation history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use a single session cookie to maintain your login state. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookies beyond those required for authentication and Razorpay checkout.

You have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Request correction of inaccurate data • Request deletion of your account and associated data • Export your evaluation history in JSON format To exercise any of these rights, email us at kantsinghsurya662@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy Request".

CaseSetu Prep uses the following third-party services: • OpenAI (answer evaluation) — openai.com/privacy • Razorpay (payments) — razorpay.com/privacy • Supabase (database & authentication) — supabase.com/privacy Each service is governed by their own privacy policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date below and, if the changes are significant, notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
